Christian Friederichs

My name is Christian Hellmut Friederichs. I am 61 years old and live in southwest Germany. I am married to a poet sharing a vital patchwork family. I worked in leading positions in IT, Finance and Controlling for international family owned companies, currently as project co-ordinator, consultant and part-time as sculptor.
I carve stone and wood switching between figurative and abstract. My sculptures are inspired by life, nature and music. I  transform the immaterial into material.
I appreciate the vibrant history of Sculpture Network. Working in the Think Tank, I was  impressed by high team spirit, crossing borders, new ideas. It was fun to condense the input to a feasable budget.   I would be pleased to support the restart within the board; by team playing, serving the network with my love and competence for finance and sculpture, balancing out an attractive offering with financial capabilities.
