Call for proposals. Permanent outdoor sculpture dedicated to Mirza Delibasic.

Municipality Centar, Sarajevo invites national and international professional artists, architects, and designers to apply for a permanent outdoor sculpture 2021, celebrating the life and career of Mirza Delibašić. Original artwork by one selected artist, architect, designer, or artistic team will be displayed and become a permanent part of the municipality’s art collection. The total budget for the sculpture (either new or existing work), including artist fee, design, materials, fabrication, shipping, permits, and installation is 44,000 BAM. The sculpture will be installed at the site of Skenderija Center Platou.

Following review of all submissions, the Selection Committee will select one artist or artist team for the creation of the permanent outdoor sculpture 2021. 

The selected work will be awarded a contract for the execution of the proposal. The chosen work will then be recommended by the Selection Committee for final approval, fabrication (if not yet fabricated), and installation at the Skenderija Centar Platou in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
