Brixton Art Prize

Brixton Art Prize is a competition based in South London aiming to unite people through art and champion community. We welcome applicants internationally of all backgrounds and skill levels.

The cost of entry is £15, and we are offering each artist who submits an opportunity for feedback from our judges. All profit will go back into the community via charity sponsorship and collaboration. It's really important to us that everybody involved benefits from Brixton Art Prize, regardless of the outcome.

Eligibility: 16+, any location, any level of expertise, any medium

What you get: The prizes are £1000, £750 and £500 for first, second and third place. Our first place artist will also get the opportunity for a solo exhibition in London, which we will tailor to their vision. Second, third, and all other shortlisted artists (up to 40) are offered a place in a group exhibition, right after our awards ceremony, held on 30 June 2022.
