An ecological sheep rearing farm and wildlife breeding ground with indigenous flora, which provides a spectacular destination for artists and creative thinkers to work in nature.

Home to sheep, horses, donkeys, chickens, geese, deer, boars, partridges, hares, foxes, eagles, etc. El Arreciado is located in the heart of Spain. Situated within the province of Toledo, bordering Ciudad Real, Cáceres and Badajoz, as well as an 8 km shoreline on the Cijara reservoir.

Artists are invited to send in proposals for residencies and to answer our annual calls for artists.
