Society is arts. There is no arts if there is no society. Every society has arts. Every society has arts. Arts is the result of society in accordance with the development of it’s civilization. Basic values adopted by the society and also a way to pass on the values given to the next generation as various other functions, such as the function of entertainment and the distribution of natural power.

The 4th Gunung Sunda Festival is an annual event consisting of several arts and cultural programs, such as art exhibitions, theater performances, dance, music, poetry, visual arts, and cross-media art. In addition, artists/art groups can organize workshops, presentations of work, and talks.
