Art moves Europe - Create your sculpture

Art moves Europe e.V. is a non profit organization of artists and engaged Europeans across Europe.

Our aim is to recall excitement for the European idea in times, when nationalists and populists actively attack the achievements of the last 70 years. We want to emotionally motivate people around Europe to actively engage in creating the future of Europe based on democracy and an open society.
We invite artist around Europe (optimally in all European countries) to create 3-dimensional art or art at 3-dimensional object. Build your artwork at the place where you live. Post your pictures on our website of www.art-moves-europe.eu and make your artwork publicly available on 9 May 2021, when all sculptures will be merged virtually to one huge art project. Participate with your scetches and ideas about Europe in a moving exhibition starting after the fusing event in 2021.

Terms and Conditions

The overall theme for the sculpture is “Let`s Europe”.
Register under „contact us“ on the website www.art-moves-euroep.eu
Send a picture of yourself and a short CV or/and statement about your art philosophy.
Define a title of your artwork and explain your thoughts about the European idea and the future of Europe in a short statement and send a message to info@art-moves-europe.eu
Create your sculpture or art at three-dimensional objects with a size of  about 2 m height. The choice of material is free.
Send pictures of your artwork to info@art-moves-Europe.eu. By accepting the conditions of participation you give the right to „Art moves Europe“ to use all pictures, text and video/audio to be published on the website.
By accepting the conditions of participation you agree to make your artwork available to the public on 9 May 2021 and contribute to the virtual fusing event.
To have your artwork posted on the website you need to be either a member of “Art moves Europe e.V.” or donate a website fee of 30 € per year.
