Tom Teggeler

Tom Teggeler is an Dutch sculptor, landartist and photographer noted for its organic style in a figurative way. Besides regular travels, he lived most of his life in his hometown and attended the Academy of Arts (AKI/Artez in Enschede). In his life he attained tremendous metal skills and studied Landart and photography at the Art Academy.
The reason his art has to do with nature, is the need for him to search, express and develop a deeper insight in life itself. Therefore his sculptures embody different angels of live, dead and spirituality in its own energetic expression. The skills he uses, allows him to search in this complexity and translate it into a new language shaped in his sculptures.
His exciting commitment to explore end evolve in using nature, creates an original way of art. As he hopes it inspires the viewer to feel that everything is connected.
