Scholarship at Kunsthaus Stove
For the spring of 2019, the Meerkultur e. V. is calling for applications for a residence grant at the Kunsthaus Stove on the Baltic Sea, for which artists from the fields of the visual arts in the broader sense, literature and music can apply. All applications that formulate a specific artistic concern that is being worked on during the scholarship stay are admitted. It also explicitly addresses artists who work autodidactically.
The association Meerkultur e.V. has set itself the goal of promoting art and culture. The seat of the association is the Kunsthaus Stove on the Baltic Sea. The aim of this scholarship is to give artistic people a creative and relaxing time on the Baltic Sea.
The scholarship holders are selected by the board of the Meerkultur e.V. association.
You will receive a 2- to 4-week stay free of charge in a fully equipped apartment of the Kunsthaus Stove as well as the free opportunity to work in the ATELIER THOUGHT RAVEN and the use of the garden during this period. The studio is a free-standing house made out of straw bales and clay on the grounds of the Kunsthaus Stove. It is approx. 70 square meters large and is heated with a fireplace.

- Motivation and description of the project, max. 1 500 signs.
