RSA Annual Exhibition - Open Art 2022

The RSA Annual Exhibition is the most extensive exhibition of contemporary art and architecture in Scotland. Having been a mainstay of the academy’s calendar since its inception 196 years ago, the Annual Exhibition has evolved over the years, showcasing Scottish art alongside invited international artists, often including topical or political elements, to give an uncensored, independent voice to artists on issues that matter to them.

Submissions are now open online for the 196th Annual Exhibition. The RSA Annual Exhibition will be returning to the galleries next spring from 23 April – 12 June 2022.Artists may submit up to TWO works of any size of any fine art media.

What you get: All pre-selected works will automatically be included in the online exhibition and the final selection will be exhibited physically on the gallery walls at the 123rd Annual Exhibition.

Fee: £20 per work/£10 for students & under 26s
