Competition for the creation of a work of art at the new administrative building of "eins" in Chemnitz

The competition is being held as an international, two-phase competition for the erection of an artwork at the administrative building of the energy supplier eins energie in sachsen in the centre of Chemnitz. Neither phase will be anonymous. German and English will be permitted as competition languages.
