13th International Wooden Sculptors’ Symposium in Ahrntal valley/South Tyrol 2022

The Tourist Association Ahrntal valley is organizing the event in cooperation with the crib and popular art
museum „Maranatha“ in /Luttach/Ahrntal valley.

Terms and conditions
The participants must be sculptors.

Conduct/procedure

• Arrival, check-in, welcoming and information
• Number of working days = 4 and a half days
• Official last act, examine by jury of experts, common dinner
• Closing evening with presentation of the sculptures
• Individual homeward journey on the day after the symposium
• Winner of the audience contest

Competition theme
The theme of the competition is “Alpinism” The sculptures will be placed up on the “Ahrntaler Sonnenweg” above Steinhaus (in the direction of the Frankbach waterfall).

You have to give to the organizer the following documents for the registration:

• Registration form completely filled in and signed (see attachment)
• Sketch/photo of a model and a short description about the planned object
• a short curriculum vitae
